1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of litpet.co.uk and any purchase of LitPet products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.

2. Our products

LitPet products are food supplements for healthy adult dogs and cats. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult your vet before starting a new supplement, especially if your pet is pregnant, on medication, or has a diagnosed condition.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including in cases of pricing errors or stock issues. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

4. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically at the frequency you choose, with a 15% discount on each order. You can pause, skip, modify or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us — at no extra cost.

5. Shipping

We dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days within the UK. Free shipping is available on UK orders over £50. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

7. Intellectual property

All content on litpet.co.uk — including text, imagery, branding and product names — is owned by LitPet or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
